Shared Hosting accounts must not host the following material:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), affiliate servers, topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.
Dedicated Servers must not host any of the following material: Pirated Software / Warez, Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.

Anyone found hosting any of the content above may have their account suspended/terminated without notice.

Payments
Any payments made to VapourNET must be made through our dedicated billing software. Any transactions made outside of this will not be recorded and you must notify a staff member of this transaction. Any information we gather about you from payment is handled as in our Privacy Policy.
Any loss of information funds, data or belongings due to payments to VapourNET are your responsibility and VapourNET cannot be held responsible if any of these occur.
Failure to pay a scheduled invoive will result in your account been suspended/terminated. To re-open a suspended account you will be charged a late fee of £5.00. Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the account renewal date. If not the next renewal must be paid by the account owner

Moneyback Guarantee
Our Moneyback Guarantee covers shared hosting accounts only.
If you would like to claim you moneyback you must do so within 30 days of your account opening.

Uptime Guarantee
Our 99.9% Uptime Guarantee covers shared hosting accounts only.
If your account is not up for 99.9% of the month you can clain your free month's hosting by submitting a support ticket with proof of downtime.
